This plan is written on the basis of in-depth communication and exchange between Zhuhai Joinet Technology Co.,Ltd and Osma Fishing tackle. Through this plan, the following objectives are addressed:
1: Inventory is difficult. The store has a large number of products with diverse styles, and there is no efficient information technology, resulting in a long manual replacement time;
2: Finding goods is difficult. There are many styles of products with different varieties and specifications, and they are cumbersome, time-consuming, and laborious, which can easily lead to customer loss or poor consumption experience;
3: Difficulty in restocking. The store is out of stock, making it difficult to find, allocate, and find goods in the warehouse, with a high rate of data errors.
Utilize RFID technology to conduct a quick inventory of fishing gear in the store. Accurately collect store data through RFID handheld devices. Based on the characteristics of retail store inventory, inventory documents, queries, and import/export operations can be performed. The RFID handheld device has achieved automatic input, summary, modification, query, and analysis functions for inventory inventory data. At the same time, to ensure the accuracy of the data, a double check function can be added to verify and record inventory differences, which significantly improves the daily inventory challenges of the store.
The RFID handheld device is based on WIFI wireless communication technology, which uses product barcodes to scan and input data in stores or warehouses, while verifying or printing inventory results, and importing inventory data into the headquarters backend management system for analysis.
